What use is a leader if there’s nobody to lead? With so many places being shut down to prevent the spread of disease, there will undoubtedly be a lack of effective leadership when normality returns (however that manifests).

Well for this idea, perhaps the biggest challenge of all is having the skills and confidence to lead yourself.

Using your own discipline to lead yourself into a positive and productive lifestyle isn’t an easy task for any leader to follow, but being able to lead a team of other people means you must first appreciate your own emotions, habits and steer them to make a positive for you and your team.
